摘要 综述国内外对于颈椎“椎骨错缝”触诊的研究概况,分析传统触诊方法的触诊内容和脊柱动态触诊的优越性,传统静态触诊的内容包括关节突关节的触诊,颈椎动量检查和脊柱周围软组织的触诊。发现这类检查方法虽然能一定程度上帮助临床医师定位诊断,但基本都是在静态下完成触诊。活动是关节的基本功能,静态触诊不能完整地反映脊柱节段的运动能力。动态触诊通过关节活动下感知局部活动受限、活动障碍、运动终末感等内容来判断“椎骨错缝”节段,相比传统触诊具有优势,但动态触诊的可靠性及可行性尚需进一步研究。

Abstract :To summarize the research situation of cervical “subluxation” palpation at home and abroad, analyze the traditional palpation content and the superiority of spinal motion palpation, and consider that traditional static palpation include palpation of facet joints, cervical vertebra momentum examination and palpation of soft tissue around the spine. Although this type of examination method has been found to help clinicians locate the diagnosis to some extent, it is basically done under static conditions. Activity is the basic function of the joint, and static palpation does not fully reflect the ability of the spine segment to move. Dynamic palpation through the joint activity to sense local activity limitation, activity disorder, motor end sensation and other content to judge the“subluxation”segment, compared to traditional palpation has advantages, but the reliability and feasibility study of motion palpation needs further study.
