Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS). Methods A total of 77 cases of patients treated with TIPS in Department of Interventional Complex Surgery, Hu′nan Provincial People′s Hospital from January to December 2017 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 38 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing, 39 cases in the comfortable group were given comfortable nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group. The quality of life, intraoperative coordination, complications and nursing satisfaction of the patients of the two groups were compared before and after performing nursing. Results After intervention, the scores of life quality of both groups improved compared to that before intervention, and the comfortable group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The coordination degree of the comfortable group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The rate of abdominal hemorrhage during and after operation, postoperative fever and operative puncture site complications in the comfortable group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The total satisfactory rate of patients in the comfortable group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in TIPS can effectively decrease psychological pressure, improve the overall quality of life, improve the patient′s intraoperative cooperation degree and satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the operation smoothly, which is worthy of application in clinic.
