Application effect of feedback health education combined with peer interaction support intervention in diabetic nephropathy patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of feedback health education combined with peer interaction support intervention on diabetic nephropathy (ND) patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with ND were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from March 2020 to April 2022, according to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care; in the study group, feedback health education combined with peer interaction support intervention were performed on the basis of routine nursing. The changes of self-management ability and hope level before and after intervention were observed. Results After intervention, the scores of self-monitoring, disease knowledge mastery and core management ability in the self-management scale of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after intervention, the scores of Herth hope scale and global happiness scale in the two groups were higher than before intervention, and the study group was higher than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Feedback health education combined with peer interaction support intervention for ND patients plays an obvious role in improving self-management ability and hope level.
