Abstract:Objective To explore the application of group resource management model in young patients with hemiplegia after first stroke. Methods A total of 100 young patients with hemiplegia formed by first stroke collected from the Huaian First People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the observation group was treated with group resource management nursing. Motor function score, acceptance of disability scale, and quality of life score of hemiplegia after stroke were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results After intervention, the scores of motor function scale, disability acceptance and quality of life scale in both groups were higher than that before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For young patients with hemiplegia caused by first-episode stroke, group resource management nursing can effectively improve the motor function of patients, increase the disability acceptance of the disease, and improve the quality of life score, and the prognosis is ideal, which is worthy of reference and adoption by various departments.
