Master of traditional Chinese medicine Wang Lie’s experience in the treatment of chronic eczema in children based on syndrome differentiation on five zang viscera and three-stage treatment

Abstract:Professor Wang Lie, the master of traditional Chinese medicine, treats children with chronic eczema, according to the characteristics of pathogenesis, the disease is divided into attack stage, remission stage, and stable stage. Professor Wang believes that in the attack period, excluding the pathogenic wind, damp, and heat of exogenous disease, there are still five zang viscera consumed injury, mainly the liver, spleen, and lung. Therefore, we should further clear heat and dissipate dampness, desensitizing and dispelling wind, and Jiajian Tuomin Powder should be given. In the remission stage, the heart and liver are mainly consumed, the treatment is to nourishing blood for tranquillization, supplemented by regulating and tonifying the spleen and kidney, Jiajian Anshen Decoction is commonly used. In the stable stage, the main symptoms are insufficient nephros and lung yin depletion injury. The treatment was to nourishing the lung and kidney, supplementing qi and tonifying blood, and Jiajian Buxue Powder should be given. In the treatment, special attention should be paid to the protection after recovery, and the sequential treatment has a lasting effect.
