Abstract:Fatigue is one of the common complications of peritoneal dialysis patients, with a high incidence rate and adverse effects on the quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients. It is of great significance to evaluate and correctly identify the influencing factors of fatigue in peritoneal dialysis patients and apply the correct intervention measures. This article mainly sorts out and summarizes the influencing factors, evaluation methods, and intervention measures of peritoneal dialysis patients’ fatigue comprehensively and systematically, and analyzes and summarizes the evaluation tools, aiming to provide some theoretical reference for clinical medical workers and new ideas for peritoneal dialysis patients’ fatigue management.
