Abstract:As a chronic neuropsychiatric disorder, children with tic disorder is the most common motor disorder in childhood, and its incidence is increasing year by year. The pathogenesis of this disease is not clear in western medicine. traditional Chinese medicine mainly analyzes and treats this disease from liver hyperactivity, external wind, phlegm heat, and yin deficiency, etc., and treats this disease from the methods of liver calming, wind-thinning, phlegm cleaning, yin nourishing, and so on. Professor Sun Liping believes that “gallbladder deficiency” is one of the common pathogenesis of the disease, and put forwards the diagnosis and treatment idea of “treating from gallbladder, taking into account heart and kidney”, focusing on warming gallbladder and calming nerves, and calming the mind, and tonifying kidney and assisting yang as methods, selecting prescription drugs to take products for warming gallbladder, calming heart, and benefiting kidney. The satisfactory efficacy has been achieved in clinical application.
