Abstract:Objective To observe and explore the impact of posture management combined with family friendly voice wake-up service on intraoperative stress injury and recovery quality in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in the Nantong First People’s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, they were randomly divided into control group (supplemented by routine nursing and position management) and observation group (on the basis of the control group, it was supplemented with kinship voice wake-up service), with 55 cases in each group. The incidence of intraoperative stress injury, postoperative recovery quality, pain degree, and comfort level were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of intraoperative pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the recovery room stay time, spontaneous breathing recovery time, eye opening time after exhalation, and caeheter withdrawal time in observation group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05); the complications during anesthesia recovery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the postoperative visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the comfort scale score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening posture management and family friendly voice wake-up service for patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery can significantly reduce the risk of intraoperative stress injury, improve postoperative recovery quality, improve patients’ physical and mental comfort, promote prognosis, and have broad clinical application prospects.
