Abstract:Objective To explore the application of “internet + nursing service” in home nursing of cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of 94 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nantong from March 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected by simple sampling method, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine home nursing, and the observation group implemented “internet + nursing service” mode. The nursing quality, neurological function, and quality of life before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the total scores of continuing nursing scale in both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than control group, (P<0.05). After nursing, the total score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups was lower than that before intervention, and the observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the total score of quality of life measurement scale in two groups was higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out “internet + nursing service” mode during the period of cerebral infarction patients at home can effectively improve the quality of home nursing service and improve the prognosis.
