补肾通痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床效果

摘要目的探究补肾通痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年4月石家庄市人民医院治疗的肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者90例，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及试验组，各45例。对照组给予口服双氯芬酸钠，试验组在对照组的基础上给予口服补肾通痹汤，均治疗30 d。比较两组膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数量表（WOMAC）评分，临床疗效及血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。结果治疗后，两组VAS、WOMAC评分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补肾通痹汤治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎，可有效减轻膝关节疼痛、改善膝关节功能障碍，并降低炎症水平，效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency. Methods A total of 90 knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency treated in Shijiazhuang People’s Hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated by Diclofenac Sodium, and the experimental group was treated by Bushen Tongbi Decoction on the basis of control group, for 30 days. The visual analogue scale(VAS) scores for knee pain,Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) scores, clinical effect and levels of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,VAS and WOMAC scores in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups were lower than before treatment, and those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion Bushen Tongbi Decoction can effectively relieve knee pain, improve dysfunction, and reduce the inflammation levels of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency, the effect is remarkable.
