Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ADOPT model care combined with 5A care on self-care ability and survival quality of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 92 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. Neurologic, functional function, complications, self-care ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the neurological impairment score of the two groups was lower than those before nursing, and the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of self-care ability and total score and quality of life of the two groups were higher than those of before nursing, and the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ADOPT model care combined with 5A care can improve neurological and motor functions, reduce complications, and improve self-care ability and survival quality in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.
