宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后自我接纳与家庭亲密度和适应性的相关性

摘要目的分析宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后自我接纳与家庭亲密度和适应性的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年1月至2022年8月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院行全子宫切除术治疗的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象，采用自我接纳问卷（SAQ）、家庭亲密度与适应性量表中文版（FACESⅡ-CV）进行问卷调查，分析宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后自我接纳与家庭亲密度和适应性的相关性。结果自我接纳总分为（49.77±3.06）分，家庭亲密度和适应性总分为（112.17±12.47）分。不同受教育程度、临床分期、月收入、基础疾病种类、居住地患者的SAQ与FACES-Ⅱ评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经Pearson相关性分析，宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后SAQ与FACES-Ⅱ呈正相关（r＞0，P＜0.05）。结论宫颈癌患者全子宫切除术后自我接纳与家庭亲密度和适应性呈正相关，即自我接纳水平越高，家庭亲密度和适应性水平越高。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the relationship between self-acceptance and family closeness and adaptability in patients with cervical cancer after total hysterectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer who underwent total hysterectomy in the No.900 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study object by convenience sampling method. Self-acceptance questionnaire (SAQ) and the Chinese version of family closeness and adaptability scale (FACES Ⅱ-CV) were used for questionnaire investigation. The correlation between self-acceptance and family closeness and adaptability of cervical cancer patients after total hysterectomy was analyzed. Results The total score of self-acceptance was (49.77±3.06) points, and the total score of family closeness and adaptability was (112.17±12.47) points. There were significant differences in SAQ and FACES-Ⅱ scores among patients with different education level, clinical stage, monthly income, types of underlying diseases, and places of residence (P＜0.05). Pearson correlation showed that SAQ was positively correlated with FACES-Ⅱ after total hysterectomy (r＞0, P＜0.05). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between self-acceptance and family intimacy and adaptability in patients with cervical cancer after total hysterectomy, that is, the higher the level of self-acceptance, the higher the level of family intimacy and adaptability.
