摘要 目的 分析2019—2021年度内蒙古自治区人民医院(以下简称“我院”)急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)流行病学资料,为本地区有针对性地开展ACOP防控工作提供理论依据。 方法 选择2019年1月至2021年12月我院收治的ACOP患者,按性别、年龄、发生时间、发生地点、中毒原因、中毒严重程度等进行分析。 结果 该期间我院共收治ACOP患者921例,年龄5个月~89岁,中位年龄51.00(35.00,63.00)岁。采暖季中毒例数多于非采暖季,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年份ACOP患者中毒原因、中毒场所比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、中毒程度分级疾病发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 本研究提供了我院ACOP患者的基本数据,明确了本地区ACOP流行病学特点,为ACOP防治提供了参考依据。

Abstract :Objective To analyze epidemiology data of patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital (“our hospital” for short) from 2019 to 2021, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control of ACOP in this area. Methods ACOP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were analyzed by gender, age, occurrence time, occurrence place, cause of poisoning, and severity of poisoning. Results During this period, our hospital treated 921 patients with ACOP, age ranged from 5 months to 89 years, with a median age of 51.00 (35.00, 63.00) years. The number of poisoning in heating season was larger than that in non-heating season, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was statistical significance in the causes and places of poisoning of ACOP patients in different years (P<0.05). There was statistical significance in the incidence of disease in different age and poisoning degree grades (P<0.05). Conclusion This study provides the basic data of ACOP patients in our hospital, clarifies the epidemiological characteristics of ACOP in this region, and provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of ACOP.
