Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jieyu Qingxin Decoction combined with ultra-low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on Parkinson disease with depression of liver stasis and blood deficiency type. Methods A total of 135 patients with Parkinson disease with depression of liver stasis and blood deficiency type admitted to Lu’an Traditional Chinese Hospital of Lu’an in Anhui Province from June 2020 to April 2022 were selected as subjects, and they were divided into control group 1, control group 2, and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with conventional treatment+ultra-low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation, the control group 2 was treated with conventional treatment+Jieyu Qingxin Decoction treatment, and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment+Jieyu Qingxin Decoction+ultra-low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment, four weeks for one course, treatment of three courses. The clinical efficacy was compared; and the scores of the unified Parkinson disease rating scale (UPDRS), Montgomery-Asberg depression rating scale (MADRS), the traditional Chinese medical syndrome score before and after treatment were compared; the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of UPDRS, MADRS, and traditional Chinese medical syndrome score of three groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2 (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in three groups. Conclusion Jieyu Qingxin Decoction combined with ultra-low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with Parkinson disease with depression of liver stasis and blood deficiency type, and has good safety.
