标准化沟通联合早期预警模式对肺癌化疗患者并发症预防及生存质量的影响

摘要目的探讨标准化沟通联合早期预警模式（EWM）对肺癌化疗患者并发症预防及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年8月江苏省人民医院肿瘤科收治肺癌化疗患者100例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组行常规护理，观察组在此基础上行标准化沟通联合EWM，观察两组并发症发生率及入组时（干预前）和干预8周后（干预后）的生存质量。结果观察组恶心、呕吐、白细胞减少发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，两组癌症患者生命质量测定量表体系之肺癌量表总分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论标准化沟通联合EWM有助于降低肺癌化疗患者并发症发生率，对促进其生存质量的提高有积极作用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of standardized communication combined with early warning mode (EWM) on the prevention of complications and quality of life in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer treated by chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology, Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study object. According random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, on this basis the observation group conducted standardized communication and EWM. The incidence of complications and the quality of life at the time of admission （before intervention） and after eight weeks of intervention （after intervention） were observed. Results The incidence of nausea, vomiting, and leukopenia in observation group were lower than those in control group (P＜0.05); after intervention, the total score of quality of life instruments for cancer patients-lung cancer in both groups was higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Standardized communication combined with EWM can help reduce the incidence of complications in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy, and has a positive role in promoting the effective improvement of their quality of life.
