一核多元团队护理模式对晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护的影响

摘要目的探讨一核多元团队护理模式对晚期肿瘤患者安宁疗护的影响。方法选取南方医科大学南方医院2021年9月至2022年6月收治的218例晚期肿瘤患者为研究对象，随机编号生成器进行随机编号，单数号纳入对照组，双数号纳入观察组，每组109例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以一核多元团队护理模式，均干预3个月。比较两组干预前后生理症状、负性情绪、生活质量。结果干预后，两组疲乏、疼痛、食欲症状评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后，两组生活质量评分高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论一核多元团队护理有助于改善晚期肿瘤患者疲乏、疼痛、食欲等生理症状及抑郁、焦虑情绪，提高生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of one core multi-team nursing model on hospice care for patients with advanced tumors. Methods A total of 218 patients with advanced tumors admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, the random number generator was used for random numbering. The odd number was included in the control group and the even number was included in the observation group, with 109 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given one core multi-team nursing mode, and the intervention lasted for three months. Physiological symptoms, negative emotions, and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the symptom scores of fatigue, pain, and appetite in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, the quality of life score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion One core multi-team nursing can improve the fatigue, pain, appetite, and other physiological symptoms of advanced cancer patients, depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life.
