Abstract：The recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer is one of the important reasons for the failure of breast cancer treatment. How to reduce the metastasis rate of breast cancer is the key factor affecting the prognosis of breast cancer and also the research focus of traditional Chinese and western medicine. The theory of “Chuan-she” in Chinese medicine originates from the Huangdi Neijing and is an important theory in modern Chinese medicine to understand the recurrence and metastasis of tumors. Professor Wu Xianwen understands breast cancer metastasis from the theory of “Chuan-she”， and believes that breast cancer metastasis is rooted in vital qi deficiency and cancer toxicity, and it is combined with other evils such as qi stagnation，phlegm coagulation, and blood stasis to metastasize through the “channels” system such as meridians. Therefore, in the treatment, he mainly focuses on consolidating the root cause and detoxifying the body, removing phlegm and eliminating blood stasis, and separating treatment according to the physiological characteristics of the metastasized internal organs, and combining the illnesses and evidence, mutual integration of all methods, obtain good results repeatedly.
