Abstract：Tic disorder is a common neuropsychiatric disease in clinical practice. The incidence of tic disorder has increased year by year in recent years. Professor Lu Fang, a traditional Chinese medicine master, has achieved good results in the diagnosis and treatment of tic disorder by using traditional Chinese medicine theory. Professor Lu Fang believes that the core disease of this disease is in the liver, which can extend to the heart, lung, and spleen. The core pathogenesis is the internal stirring of liver wind, wind-phlegm invading upward, and the disorder of form and spirit. The main treatment is to suppress hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind, dissipate phlegm and relieve spasm, and regulate both form and spirit. Professor Lu Fang uses the self-designed Xifeng Zhidong Prescription as the basic prescription of the disease, and according to the characteristics of the disease and syndrome, treatment based on classification differentiation, and finally according to the specific disease and specific prescription, add or change, at the same time emphasizing the importance of life protection in the treatment of disease. This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Lu Fang, a traditional Chinese medicine master, in the treatment of tic disorders with self-designed Xifeng Zhidong Prescription. Case one is attached for proof.
