Abstract:Objective To explore the construction and practice of the teaching mode of “ideology and politics + wisdom” in the introduction course of nursing from the perspective of “three whole education”. Methods The Nursing undergraduates of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine in 2021 were selected as the research object, and students from Class 1 and 2 were selected as the experimental group (67 students), and students from Class 3 and 4 were selected as the control group (65 students). The experimental group adopted the teaching mode of “ideology and politics + wisdom” in the introduction course of nursing from the perspective of “three whole education”, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. The teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated through the nursing introduction examination and questionnaire survey. Results The peacetime scores, final scores and comprehensive scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of autonomous learning ability scale of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of moral sense scale of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The construction and practice of the teaching mode of “ideology and politics + wisdom” in the introduction course of nursing from the perspective of “three whole education” can improve the teaching effect of the introduction course of nursing and provide a reference for higher nursing education.
