Abstract:Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of graded cooling nursing under early warning assessment for children with febrile convulsion. Methods A total of 194 children with febrile convulsion treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Lu’an City, Anhui Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 97 cases in each group. The control group was given routine cooling nursing, and the observation group was given graded cooling nursing under early warning assessment on the basis of the control group. After one week of intervention, the clinical symptoms, incidence of complications, and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of high fever and convulsion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the frequency of convulsion was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) A, IgM, IgG of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological function, emotional function, social function, and school function of pediatric quality of life inventory 4.0 in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Graded cooling nursing under early warning assessment can improve the symptoms of high fever and convulsion in children with febrile convulsion, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the immune function and quality of life.
