基于色彩心理学理念的系统化护理模式对蛛网膜下腔出血患者心理状态和生存质量的影响

摘要目的探讨基于色彩心理学理论的系统化护理模式对蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）患者心理状态和生存质量的影响效果。方法选择南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院神经外科2019年3月至2021年6月收治的SAH患者120例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组行常规护理，观察组在此基础上行基于色彩心理学理念的系统化护理模式。观察两组入组时和干预8周时心理状态和生存质量。结果干预8周时，两组心境状态量表（POMS）消极情绪领域评分及总分均低于入组时，POMS积极情绪领域评分高于入组时，且观察组POMS消极情绪领域评分及总分均低于对照组，POMS积极情绪领域评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预8周时，两组生存质量测定量表总分高于入组时，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论基于色彩心理学理念的系统化护理模式，可消除SAH患者消极情绪，对改善其生存质量有积极作用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing model based on color psychology concept on psychological state and quality of life of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods A total of 120 patients with SAH admitted from March 2019 to June 2021 in the Department of Neurosurgery, the Affiliated to Huaian NO.1 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received systematic nursing model based on color psychology concept. The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were observed at enrollment and eight weeks after intervention. Results After eight weeks of intervention, the score and total score of negative emotion domain on the profile of mood state (POMS) of both groups were lower than that of the enrollment, and the score of POMS positive emotion domain was higher than that of the enrollment, and the score and total score of POMS in the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and those of the score of POMS in the positive emotion domain was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); at eight weeks of intervention, the total scores of quality of life scale in both groups were higher than those in the enrollment, and those of the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The systematic nursing model based on color psychology concept can promote the elimination of negative emotions in SAH patients, and has a positive effect on improving their quality of life.
