Cox健康行为互动联合情志理论在先天性心脏病介入术后二级预防中的应用效果

摘要目的探究Cox健康行为互动联合情志理论对改善先天性心脏病介入术后二级预防效果的作用。方法选取河北医科大学第一医院2018年11月至2021年11月收治的102例先天性心脏病患儿为研究对象。应用奇偶分组法将其分为参照组和研究组，各51例。参照组给予情志理论干预，研究组加用Cox健康行为互动干预。比较两组心理健康量表（MHS-CA）、家属照顾者照顾能力普适量表（FCTI）及心脏康复效果。结果干预后，两组MHS-CA量表评分均高于干预前，且研究组高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组FCTI量表均低于干预前，且研究组低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组左室射血分数高于参照组，左室舒张末期内径低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 Cox健康行为互动联合情志理论能够改善先心病介入术后患儿的负性情绪及心脏康复效果，提高家属的自我护理能力。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of Cox health behavior interaction combined with emotion theory in secondary prevention of congenital heart disease after interventional surgery. Methods A total of 102 children with congenital heart disease admitted to the First Hospital of Hebei Medical University from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into reference group and study group, with 51 cases in each group. The reference group was given affective theory intervention, and the study group was given Cox health behavior interaction intervention. The effects of mental health scale (MHS-CA), general amount scale of family caregiver task inventory (FCTI), and cardiac rehabilitation were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of MHS-CA scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the FCTI scale of both groups was higher than those before intervention, and the research group was higher than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The left ventricular ejection fractions of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Cox health behavior interaction combined with emotion theory can improve the negative emotions and cardiac rehabilitation effect of children with congenital heart disease after interventional surgery, improve the ability of family members to self-care.
