Abstract:Objective To visually analyze the literatures related to acupuncture treatment of aphasia after stroke. Methods The literatures on acupuncture treatment of aphasia after stroke was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure from January 1992 to May 2022 by computer. The number of articles published, authors, institutions, and keywords were analyzed visually by CiteSpace software. Results A total of 834 literatures were included, and the annual publication volume showed a curve rising trend, forming a high-yield team represented by Chang Jingling, Liu Jing, Hou Baoguo, etc. The group cooperation was mainly concentrated in the university of traditional Chinese medicine and its affiliated hospitals. The high-frequency keywords included acupuncture, stroke, aphasia, etc., and the aggregation of keywords was classified into 11 categories. According to the analysis of keyword emergence, the current research focus was language function, quality of life, etc. Conclusion The number of studies on acupuncture treatment of aphasia after stroke is increasing gradually, but the communication and cooperation between different regions need to be further strengthened. Speech function and quality of life are the current research trends.
