Abstract:Objective To study the influencing factors of Mycoplasma combined with influenza B virus (IFVB) infection in children. Methods Two hundred and forty-eight children with bronchopneumonia infected by Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in Jiangsu Shengze Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from April 2018 to March 2022 were selected. They were divided into MP group and MP merge IFVB group. The clinical characteristics, cellular immunity, and humoral immunity were compared between two groups, and the prognosis of the disease was analyzed; the influencing factors of MP combined with IFVB were analyzed. Results A total of 121 children with MP combined with IFVB. The proportion of cough, sputum, patchy shadow, lung compunction, wet rale, and neutrophil count, monocyte, CD8+, IgG, IgA, and IgM in MP merge IFVB group was higher than that in MP group; the proportion of normal lung texture, and lymphocyte count, CD3+, and CD4+ was lower than that in MP group, and fever time, cough improvement time, wet rales disappearance time, and hospitalization time were longer than those in MP group (P<0.05). CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, IgG, IgA, and IgM were the influencing factors of MP combined with IFVB infection (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical characteristics of MP combined with IFVB infection in children are obvious, and CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, IgG, IgA, and IgM are all important influencing factors.
