Abstract:This article summarizes Professor Chen Ruixue’s experience in treating thin endometrium infertility based on the theory of “deficiency of qi and stagnation”. Professor Chen believes that “deficiency of qi” and “stagnation” are the main causes of thin endometrial infertility. Among them, “deficiency of qi” is mainly responsible for kidney deficiency and spleen deficiency, and “stagnation” includes qi stagnation, phlegm obstruction, and collaterals stasis. In terms of treatment, Professor Chen advocates that tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen to regulate the deficiency qi, soothing liver qi, removing phlegm and dampness, and dissipating blood stasis to smooth the stagnation, especially emphasizes that tonifying kidney and raising the Yuan and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals are the core treatment principles of this disease. Clinically, Professor Chen uses Bushen Yangxue Zhuyun Prescription add or subtract medicine, stages medicine according to the menstrual cycle, combines internal and external application, and the efficacy is outstanding.
