Abstract：Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of immunosenescence, and to summarize its prevention and treatment. Methods Literatures related to immunosenescence from January 2012 to March 2022 in the Web of Science database were retrieved, CiteSpace and Vosviewer software were used for visual analysis from multiple perspectives. Results A total of 2 454 literatures were included, and the annual pubulication volume showed an overall upward trend, a cooperative network map was formed among the authors, and there was a cooperative relationship between different countries. The literatures with the highest citation volume were related to inflammatory aging. Age, T cells, inflammation were included as keywords with high frequency, and immune checkpoint inhibitors was the largest cluster of keywords. Hot words were gut microbiota, inflammasome, nivolumab, etc. Conclusion The popularity of immunosenescence is increasing year by year. Hotspots focuses on the mechanism, influencing factors, as well as prevention and treatment. The key points of control include vaccination, inflammation amelioration and so on.
