Abstract:Objective To explore Professor Zhou Shaohua’s prescription rules and academic ideas in the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases with phlegm heat syndrome. Methods A total of 141 outpatient medical cases of Professor Zhou Shaohua in Xiyuan Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to October 2021 were sorted out. With the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V 3.0 software, disease diagnosis, prescription, four qi and five flavors, channel conversion and cluster analysis were carried out on the sorted data. Results A total of 141 medical records were collected, among which depression and insomnia were the most common. A total of 171 traditional Chinese medicines were involved, included 15 commonly used drugs, mainly expectorants; the four qi were mainly warm drugs; the five flavors were mainly sweet, bitter and pungent; the four meridians of heart, lung, spleen and liver were the main meridians; there were 51 groups of commonly used drug combinations, and 171 traditional Chinese medicines could be divided into five clusters. Conclusion Professor Zhou Shaohua’s prescription for the treatment of phlegm heat syndrome in neurology has a unique medication law, which always revolves around clearing heat and resolving phlegm, regulating qi and blood. It has a significant effect and can be used as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
