利那洛肽联合肠内营养液在便秘型肠易激综合征患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨利那洛肽联合肠内营养液在便秘型肠易激综合征患者结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年9月在浙江省台州市第一人民医院接受结肠镜检查的136例便秘型肠易激综合征患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组（68例）和观察组（68例）。对照组肠道检查前给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散，观察组在对照组的基础上给予利那洛肽，分析并比较两组肠道清洁度、痉挛程度、疼痛、耐受度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组肠道清洁度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛及痉挛程度评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组耐受度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论利那洛肽联合肠内营养液在便秘型肠易激综合征患者结肠镜检查中清洁度高，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of Linalopeptide combined with enteral nutrition solution on colonoscopy in patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 136 patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome who underwent colonoscopy in Taizhou First People’s Hospital from February 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (68 cases) and observation group (68 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before intestinal examination, and the observation group was given Linalopeptide on the basis of the control group. The intestinal cleanliness, spasm, pain, tolerance, and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The score of intestinal cleanliness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of pain and spasm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The tolerance of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Linalopeptide combined with enteral nutrition solution has high cleanliness in colonoscopy in patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome, which is worthy of popularization and application.
