Abstract：How to use modern management concepts and methods to improve the management level of hospitals is a common problem faced by all public hospitals under the background of high quality development of public hospitals. By building an operation management platform, the research group carried out unified data governance and data mining on the data collected by various departments of the hospital, and differentiated display of information and data required by all levels on the operation management platform, and vertically compressed the original pyramid management mode into a flat management mode. The response speed and disposal efficiency of the hospital flat management mode based on data application have been significantly improved compared with before in response to emergencies, allocation of medical resources, medical quality control and other aspects, and the management cost has been compressed to a certain extent, which can meet the needs of public operation and management, and is worthy of promotion in public hospitals of the same level.
