Routine nursing intervention was carried out in both groups, and the observation group formulated intervention based on quantitative diet exercise. The self-management ability, blood glucose level and maternal and infant complications were compared before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, the blood glucose monitoring scores of eating vegetables and fruits and following medical advice were all higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the scores of healthy diet, 30 min exercise and eating fatty food were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of maternal and infant complications in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Quantitative diet exercise intervention can improve their self-management, reduce blood glucose, and postpartum maternal and infant complications.
