公众号健康宣教联合认知行为护理干预对冠心病患者健康行为及自我效能的影响

摘要目的探究公众号健康宣教联合认知行为护理干预对冠心病患者健康行为及自我效能的影响。方法选取空军军医大学唐都医院心血管内科2020年1月至2021年12月收治的130例冠心病患者为研究对象，经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各65例。对照组采用常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上采用公众号健康宣教联合认知行为护理干预。比较两组健康行为遵医率、自我效能感量表（GSES）评分、自我管理评分及疾病掌握度。结果观察组正确用药、科学饮食、良好习惯、坚持锻炼、按时复查各健康行为遵医率均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预2周后，两组GSES评分和自我管理评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组疾病知识掌握程度优良率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论公众号健康宣教联合认知行为护理干预应用在冠心病患者中，可改善患者的健康行为，增强患者的自我效能感，提升患者的疾病认知程度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of public account health education combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on health behavior and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 130 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Tangdu Hospital, Air Force Military Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as study object, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with public number health education combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on this basis. Compliance rate of health behaviors, general self-efficacy scale (GSES) scores, self-management scores, and disease mastery were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rates of correct medication, scientific diet, good habits, persistent exercise, and regular review of health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After two weeks of intervention, GSES scores, and self-management scores in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05); the rate of disease knowledge mastery in observation group was higher than that in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of public health education combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease can improve patients’ health behavior, enhance patient’ sense of self-efficacy, and enhance patients’ disease cognition degree.
