Abstract:Commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer can often lead to oral mucositis, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients, such as paclitaxel, cyclophosphamide and doxorubicin liposomes and so on. Professor Li Peiwen believes that the fundamental pathogenesis of chemotherapy induced oral mucositis in breast cancer lies in deficiency of kidney yang and yang deficiency leads to water cooling. At the same time, the fire doesn’t warm the soil and the drugs attack, leading to deficiency of spleen yang. Therefore, the treatment should be based on igniting fire and restoring yuan and it is also important to replenish the soil. Qianyang Fengsui Dan or Jingui Shenqi Pills are commonly used to add or subtract. At the same time, Professor Li makes good use of wind medicine to disperse it and cooperates with the special medicine of collecting sores and promoting muscle. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
