Abstract：Objective To study the effect of multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention mode guided by mind map- guided multi-dimensional staged nursing intervention mode on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis in hemodialysis room of Bozhou People’s Hospital in Anhui Province from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for this study. They were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (routine nursing + mind-mapping guided multidimensional stage nursing) by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. Complications, short form 36 questionnaire (SF-36) before and after care, mental state before and after care (self-rating anxiety scale [SAS], self-rating depression scale [SDS]) before and after care and patients’ satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After nursing, the scores of physiological function, body pain, physiological function, vitality, overall health, emotional function, social function, and mental health of the two groups were higher than before nursing, while those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing, while those of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of mind map guided multi-dimensional stage nursing in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure has a good effect, which can not only reduce related complications, but also improve the quality of life and enhance satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying.
