Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of multidimensional combined prerehabilitation on rapid rehabilitation after total lumbar disc laminectomy. Methods A total of 86 patients who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics Spinal Surgery in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as the study subjects from February 2020 to February 2022, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given rapid rehabilitation care, and the study group was given multidimensional combined rapid rehabilitation training, Oswestry disability index (ODI) and Melzack’s simple pain scale (MPQ) were used to assess lumbar function and pain severity at admission (pre-intervention), and three months after surgery (post-intervention). Results After intervention, ODI scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). MPQ scores in both groups were lower than before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After total laminectomy for lumbar disc herniation patients, on the basis of rapid pre-rehabilitation training, superimposed multidimensional rehabilitation nursing can effectively control the degree of postoperative pain and dysfunction. The nursing mode is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and in-depth research.
