Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on postoperative complications and recovery time in the nursing of patients with dissection of aorta operation

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of patients with dissection of aorta operation. Methods A total of 85 patients with dissection of aorta received surgical treatment in Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method. The routine group (42 cases) received routine postoperative nursing, intervention group (43 cases) received early rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group. The degree of postoperative pain, negative emotion, occurrence of common postoperative complications, and recovery process of the two groups were observed after one week of intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of pain, Hamilton anxiety scale, and Hamilton depression scale in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The time of postoperative ventilator offline, first time out of bed, intensive care unit stay, drainage tube extraction, urinary tube extraction, and hospital stay in the intervention group were all shorter than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with aortic dissection can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain, improve the psychological state of patients, reduce complications and accelerate the speed of postoperative rehabilitation.
