手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的可视化分析

摘要目的可视化分析手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的研究现状，并预测研究热点及趋势。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库中2000年1月至2022年2月关于手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的相关文献，并利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对年度发文量、作者、发文机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入2 465篇文献，2012—2020年平均年发文量190篇，共得到222个核心作者，主要构成11个研究团队；共得到511个发文机构，其中佛山市中医院发文量最大；共得到528个关键词、18个聚类标签、26个突现关键词，温阳健骨汤、桃红四物汤改善桡骨远端骨折患者的疼痛、肿胀等成为目前研究热点。结论近20年国内对手法复位小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床研究发展迅速，老年性、骨质疏松性骨折是未来的研究热点，但临床研究仍面临部分问题和挑战。

Abstract：Objective To visually analyze the status of research on manual reduction and small splint fixation for treatment of distal radius fractures, and to predict research hotspots and trends. Methods From January 1, 2000 to February 1, 2022, literature published on the treatment of distal radius fractures with manual reduction and small splint fixation was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang and VIP databases. The number of annual publications, authors, institutions, and key words were analyzed visually using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. Results A total of 2 465 articles were included, and 190 articles were published annually on average from 2012 to 2020. About 222 major authors were identified, who constituted 11 research teams. A total of 511 institutions released reports, among which Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most. About 528 keywords, 18 clusters and 26 emergent keywords were acquired. The research focus was the pain-relieving and swelling-improving effect of Wenyang Jiangu Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction on patients with distal radius fractures. Conclusion During the last two decades, the clinical research on manual reduction and small splint fixation for treatment of distal radius fractures has developed rapidly in China. Senile and osteoporotic fractures are the highlights of future research, but there are still some problems and challenges that need to be addressed.
