基于信息化短距离沟通延伸护理对白血病患儿及家属的影响

摘要目的探讨基于信息化短距离沟通延伸护理对白血病患儿及家属的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月在浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院诊治的120例白血病患儿及120名家属，采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和干预组，各60例患儿及60名家属。常规组给予常规护理干预，干预组在常规组的基础上再行基于信息化短距离沟通延伸护理。比较干预3周后两组知识认知、希望水平及患儿心理弹性情况。结果干预后，两组家属白血病知识认知评分高于干预前，且干预组高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；两组患儿心理弹性量表评分均高于干预前，且干预组高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；两组家属Herth希望量表评分均高于干预前，且干预组评分高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论给予白血病患儿基于信息化短距离沟通延伸护理，可帮助家属提高疾病知识认知，提升家属希望水平及患儿心理弹性。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing based on information short distance communication on children with leukemia and their families. Methods A total of 120 children with leukemia and 120 family members who were diagnosed and treated in Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected. They were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method, with 60 children and 60 family members in each group. The routine group received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group received extended nursing based on information short-distance communication on the basis of the routine group. The knowledge cognition, hope level and psychological resilience of children were compared after three weeks of intervention. Results After intervention, the scores of leukemia knowledge cognition of family members in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the intervention group was higher than the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the resilience scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the intervention group was higher than the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); the Herth hope scale scores of family members in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion To give leukemia children based on information short distance communication extended care, can help the family to improve disease knowledge cognition, enhance the hope level of the family and children with mental flexibility.
