Current situation and thinking professional postgraduates training of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of dual-track integration

Abstract：“Dual-track integration” is a postgraduate training mode implemented under the background of the “healthy China” strategy, which shortens the training cycle and improves the efficiency of talent training. It is a major innovation and breakthrough in the reform of the clinical medical talent training mechanism. However, there are still some deficiencies in the current professional postgraduates training modes of traditional Chinese medicine, which need to be continuously improved and perfected. By comparing the similarities and differences of the training modes of medical specialties at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the problems existing professional postgraduates training modes of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward some considerations and recommendations, so as to provide some references for improving and perfecting the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine professional degree postgraduates.
