Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of self-designed Xiaozhang Qingsu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of habitual constipation of qi movement block type. Methods A total of 120 patients with habitual constipation who visited Sanhe Hospital of Hebei Province from November 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with self-designed Xiaozhang Qingsu Decoction combined with Bisacodyl Enteric-coated Tablets, the control group 2 was treated with acupuncture combined with Bisacodyl Enteric-coated Tablets, and the treatment group was treated with self-designed Xiaozhang Qingsu Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of oral Bisacodyl Enteric-coated Tablets. Treatment for one weeks. The levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), motilin (MTL), and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) were observed before treatment, one week after treatment and three months after treatment, and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis was observed after treatment. Results The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in VIP levels between the treatment group and the control group 1, between the treatment group and the control group 2, between the groups, time points, and interaction (P < 0.05). Intra-group comparison: compared with before treatment, the VIP level of treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 was decreased one week after treatment, and the VIP level of treatment group was decreased three months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Comparison between groups: the VIP level of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2 at one week and three months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in MTL levels between the treatment group and the control group 1, between the treatment group and the control group 2, between the groups, time points, and interaction (P < 0.05). Intra-group comparison: compared with before treatment, MTL levels in treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were increased at one week and three months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Comparison between groups: after three months of treatment, the MTL level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in 5-HT levels between the treatment group and the control group 1, between the treatment group and the control group 2, between the groups, time points, and interaction (P < 0.05). Intra-group comparison: compared with before treatment, the levels of 5-HT in treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were increased one week and three months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Comparison between groups: the level of 5-HT in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the control group 1 and 2 at one week and three months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The cure of treatment group was better than that of control group 1 and control group 2, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-designed Xiaozhang Qingsu Decoction combined with acupuncture has obvious effect on the treatment of habitual constipation of qi movement block type, which provides a new choice for the treatment of habitual constipation of qi movement block type.
