Abstract:Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries (MINOCA) is a heterogeneous group of diseases with different pathogenesis, accounting for 1%-15% of acute myocardial infarction. The pathogenesis of MINOCA is complex, and there is no unified conclusion yet, and the prognosis of MINOCA with different pathogenesis is also different. Based on the latest research progress of MINOCA at home and abroad, this paper reviews the diagnosis and pathogenesis of MINOCA in depth, expounds its prognosis from multiple aspects, analyzes its predictive factors, and provides evidence-based medical evidence for the early diagnosis and precise treatment of MINOCA.
