Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intervention mode under the concept of time on motor function and quality of life in patients after hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage surgery. Methods A total of 110 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage treated in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected. The random numbers generated by computer were divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative routine nursing intervention, and the observation group adopted the intervention mode under the concept of time on the basis of the control group, both groups were intervened for three months. The motor function (assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor function score scale), quality of life (assessed by health survey scale 36 [SF-36]), and nursing satisfaction during intervention were compared between the two groups before and three months after intervention. Results After three months of intervention, the Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups were higher than that before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The intervention mode under the concept of time can improve motor function and quality of life in patients after hypertensive basal ganglia intracerebral hemorrhage surgery, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
