摘要 近年来,前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤的发生率逐年升高,已成为常见的运动损伤。关节镜下行ACL重建手术是公认的治疗方法,但临床上在手术时机、手术重建方式、移植物、固定方式等方面的选择尚存在争议。本文整理国内外相关文献,对关节镜下ACL重建手术的研究现状作一综述,以供临床参考。

Abstract :In recent years, the injury of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) has increased year by year, and it has become a common sports injury. Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction is a widely accepted treatment method, but there are still controversies in the selection of surgical timing, surgical reconstruction method, graft, fixation method, and so on. In this paper, the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed, and the research status of arthroscopic ACL reconstruction is reviewed for clinical reference.
