Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of whole-process quantitative nursing on the rehabilitation effect of patients after orthopaedic surgery. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, a total of 92 fracture patients who received surgical treatment in the Ward Five, Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were prospectively selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into group A (52 case) and group B (40 cases). Group A was used whole-process quantitative nursing intervention, group B was used routine nursing intervention, and both groups were treated for two months. The recovery situation and the changes of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), and Barthel index before nursing and two months after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results There was no significant difference in the malunion rate, complete functional recovery rate, and fracture end dislocation rate between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). The bone union rate of group A was higher than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After two months of nursing, the SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, while those of the group A were lower than those of the group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After two months of nursing, the Barthel index of the two groups was higher than that before nursing, while those of the group A were higher than those of the group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing quality, nursing attitude, nursing professional type, nursing procedure, and total score of group A were higher than those of group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Taking whole-process quantitative nursing for fracture patients can promote postoperative recovery, improve negative emotions, and significantly improve functional levels and nursing satisfaction.
