Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of motivation behavior transformation on construct postoperative rehabilitation strategy for patients with tibiofibular fracture. Methods From April 2020 to February 2021, 110 patients with tibiofibular fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were selected. They were divided into control group (55 cases) and observation group (55 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention and observation group received rehabilitation strategy intervention constructed by motivation behavior transformation. Both groups were intervened for three months. The knee function, psychological status of two groups before intervention and three months after intervention were compared, and the exercise compliance of two groups was observed. Results After three months of intervention, the dimensions and total scores of Oxford knee scale in both groups were decreased than those before intervention, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05); the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in both groups were decreased than those before intervention, and those in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The exercise compliance score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation strategy of motivation behavior transformation can increase the postoperative knee function, improve the psychological state, and enhance the exercise compliance of patients with tibiofibular fracture.
