Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cardiac rehabilitation training program in cardiovascular clinic on the improvement of cardiac function after pacemaker implantation. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent pacemaker implantation in Jiangsu Subei People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected, the patients with different rehabilitation training data were divided into groups by propensity score matching method. The 42 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and 42 cases in the outpatient group received cardiac rehabilitation training in cardiovascular clinic, they were followed up for three months. Cardiac function, exercise endurance, performance rate of functional exercise, and upper limb mobility were compared between the two groups after implantation. Results The left ventricular ejection fraction and 6-minute walking distance of the outpatient group at three months after operation were higher than those of the day after operation and the control group at three months after operation (P < 0.05). The number of execution days and the implementation rate of functional exercise in the outpatient group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The angles of extension, forward flexion, external flexion and adduction in the two groups three months after operation were higher than those seven days after operation, and the outpatient group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation training in cardiovascular clinic for patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation can effectively improve cardiac ejection function, improve exercise endurance and functional exercise execution, and promote upper limb function recovery.
