Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education of joint medical responsibility group on patients with atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 54 patients with atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation in Hainan Provincial People′s Hospital were selected, they were divided into control group and observation group by random lottery principle, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was given routine education, and the observation group was given health education of joint medical responsibility group, the quality of life of patients in the two groups after health education and the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis were compared. Results The physical function, physical role, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role and mental health in observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01); there was no significant difference in the body pain between the control group and the observation group (P > 0.05); the occurrence rate of lower limb vein thrombosis in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education of joint medical responsibility group in patients with atrial fibrillation radio frequency catheterization can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the proportion of patients with venous thrombosis, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
