团队分层护理联合主动脉内球囊反搏术后护理在慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者中的效果

摘要目的分析团队分层护理联合主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）术后护理在慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月于空军军医大学第一附属医院行IABP术的150例慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者作为研究对象，利用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组，每组75例。对照组采用IABP术后护理，试验组采用团队分层护理联合IABP术后护理。比较两组干预前后心功能指标，比较两组干预后的护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后，两组N末端脑钠肽前体、胃促生长素均低于干预前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。干预后，两组心排血量、每搏输出量、经皮动脉血氧饱和度均高于干预前，且试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。试验组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组干预期间未出现严重的不良反应。结论团队分层护理联合IABP术后护理应用于慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者能显著改善其心功能，提高护理服务中各方面的护理质量，安全性高，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of team stratified nursing combined with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) postoperative nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure who underwent IABP in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received IABP postoperative nursing, while the experimental group received team stratified nursing combined with IABP postoperative nursing. The cardiac function indexes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results After intervention, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, and ghrelin in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, the cardiac output, stroke volume, and percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the intervention. Conclusion The application of team stratified nursing combined with IABP postoperative nursing in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure can significantly improve their cardiac function, improve the quality of nursing services in all aspects, and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
