Abstract:Objective To analyze the current research status of domestic chronic disease management based on bibliometrics, so as to provide a basis for further related research. Methods Literatures related to chronic disease management from January 2016 to December 2020 were retrieved from CNKI database. The articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were imported into the bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system software, CiteSpace and SPSS 20.0 software for bibliometric analysis of publication volume, time, authors and institutions, journals and high-frequency words. Results A total of 2 865 literatures were obtained. Literature volume increased from 423 articles/year to a maximum of 742 articles/year. The overall trend showed a slow growth year by year, published in 682 kinds of journals, statistics institutions and authors of the top 10, a wide geographical distribution, between the authors and institutions have not formed a fixed cooperative relationship. Co-occurrence cluster analysis of high-frequency keywords in the literature showed three hotspots of chronic disease management research: chronic disease management-related nursing intervention; community chronic disease management model; and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment for chronic disease management. Conclusion According to the results of high-frequency word cluster analysis, the research content of chronic disease management and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in community can become the direction of chronic disease management research in China in the near future, and provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the future research direction.
