Construction and application exploration of public hospital online recruitment interview model

Abstract:This paper sorts out the problems and research limitations of online recruitment interviews with the method of literature review. Combined with the practical process of conducting online recruitment interviews in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University in 2021, the advantages and disadvantages of online interviews are summarized through interviews with experts and interviewers. Online recruitment effectively avoids aggregation and provides a new solution for talent recruitment evaluation in public hospitals, expands the scope of candidates, and ensures the number of hospital talent selection; the employment of graduates has been supported and the recruitment management has been promoted. This article suggests that the recruitment work can be further improved by improving the recruitment materials, improving the recruitment process, and confirming the identity of the candidates for online recruitment. Finally, the application of online recruitment under the multi-district management mode of the hospital was discussed.
