多学科合作康复干预模式在异位妊娠手术患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨在异位妊娠手术患者护理中行多学科合作康复干预的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院接受手术治疗的200例异位妊娠患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和干预组，各100例。常规组行传统单一学科护理干预，干预组行多学科合作康复干预。观察患者负面情绪改善、术后并发症及术后康复情况。结果干预后，两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于干预前，且干预组低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；干预组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；干预组术后下床行走、肛门排气、肠鸣音及胃肠功能恢复平均时间、术后住院平均天数均短于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论异位妊娠手术患者围术期护理中行多学科合作康复干预，可改善患者负面情绪，减少并发症，加快术后康复速度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention in the nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery. Methods A total of 200 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent surgical treatment in Urumqi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into routine group and intervention group, with 100 cases in each group. The conventional group received traditional single-discipline nursing intervention, and the intervention group received multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention. The improvement of negative emotion, postoperative complications. and postoperative rehabilitation were observed. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the intervention group was lower than the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in intervention group was lower than that in routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The average time of postoperative ambulation, anal exhaust, bowel sounds and gastrointestinal function recovery, and the average postoperative hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary cooperative rehabilitation intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy surgery can improve patients’ negative emotions, reduce complications and speed up postoperative rehabilitation.
